Life’s most challenging seasons can leave you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and as if the weight of the world is on your shoulders. It’s okay to not feel okay right now. Whether you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, or past wounds, navigating a difficult transition or relationship challenges, or feeling powerless while your child faces their own struggles, you don’t have to walk this road alone. In my role as a therapist, my primary goal is to create an environment where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. In this safe and supportive space, we will explore your story without judgment, honoring your unique perspective while helping you rediscover your inherent strength and resilience.

I work to support individuals across all life stages, focusing on collaborative goal-setting and integration of evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to your specific needs.
For clients ages 3-18, I utilize methods like child-centered play therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to create an inviting therapeutic environment where children and teens feel comfortable exploring their world–building confidence, learning healthy social and emotional skills, processing trauma experiences or complex family changes, all while offering support to caregivers along the way.
With adults, I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework integrated with additional approaches to help change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, process crisis and trauma situations, move through significant life changes, such as loss or divorce, and develop healthier coping strategies for a more fulfilling life.
I’m passionate about working with college students as they navigate transitioning away from “home,” as well as questions of identity, family relationships, and personal autonomy–focusing on essential life skills like assertive communication and boundary-setting. For clients who request faith-based support, I can integrate a biblical perspective and a Christian approach as part of our work together.

Through my extensive work with survivors of childhood trauma at a local children’s advocacy center, I understand the delicate nature of trauma recovery and the importance of creating genuine safety in the therapeutic relationship. Having journeyed alongside clients from ages 3 through adulthood, I’ve witnessed countless individuals and families transform their deepest pain into their greatest strength. There’s something profound that happens when someone finally feels truly understood and supported–that moment when a client stops carrying shame that was never theirs to bear, when a child’s smile returns, or when a family finds their way back to connection. Even if hope feels distant right now, healing and lasting change are possible. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, know that you don’t have to figure this out alone.Together, we can discover what transformation, growth, and renewed hope can look like for you.
