WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE?
While Evergreen is currently private pay and does not currently take insurance, we can provide a Superbill, which you may submit to your insurance provider for some reimbursement depending on your insurance and plan.
If you are looking for a therapist on your plan, you may call your insurance to ask if your plan offers any mental health benefits, and if there is a referral needed from your primary care doctor. Many times insurance companies can provide a list of mental health providers in your area that are covered. Some insurance plans cover a certain number of sessions per year, be sure to confirm what this might be and if there are any deductibles that need to be met.
WHen IS PAYMENT DUE?
Payments may be made at the time of service, or may be paid online. Your account may not be more than one session past due at the time of service.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
Evergreen Christian Counseling accepts cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Clients who fail to give 24 hour notice or a no show will be charged the full session rate.
